"Checkout gave me a little trouble"
I had a bit of a frustrating time checking out because the payment messed up twice before it finally went through. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying in the moment. Weirdly, I remember I was staring at a little coffee stain on my desk the whole time while trying to get it to work.

"Frustrating site to navigate"
I had a hard time using the site and couldn’t find what I was looking for easily. Even my sister, who’s usually good with this kind of stuff, thought it was confusing.

"So Much for a Bargain"
I got pulled in by the clearance prices because they looked like a great deal at first. Funny how that works. By the time everything was added up, the final cost didn’t feel nearly as impressive. Guess the “clearance” part was mostly there for decoration.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to exchange an item it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were super slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund. It kind of feels like they make the return process confusing on purpose, but who knows. Either way, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Had to wait around for basically no help"
I emailed twice and even left a message about my order, then had to just sit there being “patient” for days with no response. When they finally got back to me, the reply was super short and didn’t even answer what I asked. Really frustrating experience, and I’m not planning to order from them again

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order showed up with the box beat up and not much protection inside. It’s not even about the item being delayed or anything like that, it just made the whole delivery feel careless. For outdoor gear, I expected the packaging to be a bit sturdier.

"Shipping took a lot longer than I expected"
I don’t remember the exact day I ordered, but I do remember thinking it would be here in just a few days. Instead, it felt like I was waiting forever, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful either. The whole thing was frustrating, honestly.

"Nice store, but the shipping was a lot"
I liked the store overall and found a few things I probably would’ve bought, especially since I was just browsing one evening after dinner. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. The products seemed good, but the extra cost kind of ruined it for me.

"I’m not too happy with this. It..."
I’m not too happy with this. It looked decent in the pictures, but once I got it, the quality felt cheap. The stitching was messy in a few spots, maybe 2 or 3 places I noticed right away, and the overall finish just didn’t feel solid. I was expecting it to hold up for regular use, but it feels like it might only last a few months. For the price, I thought it would be better. I probably won’t be ordering from here again

"Selection was a bit underwhelming"
I was expecting a wider range of options, so I was a little disappointed when I couldn’t find a lot of the things I had in mind. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but compared to what I was hoping for, the selection felt limited.

"Pickup ended up being a whole hassle"
I ordered online for in-store pickup because it said the item would be ready the same day, which sounded easy enough, so I waited for the pickup email and drove over thinking I’d be in and out quick. Nope. I still ended up standing around for nearly 40 minutes while different people went off to look for it, then came back confused, then disappeared again, and I’m just there wondering why it was marked ready in the first place.

The whole thing felt really disorganized, and the guy at the counter made it seem like I was interrupting his day just by asking what was going on. When they finally found it, the box was dusty and kind of crushed on one side, so that didn’t exactly make me feel better. I’ll probably just have stuff shipped next time because I’m not doing their pickup again.

I tried using Presley's Outdoors, but I never felt totally comfortable with it. Some of the info was vague, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. The next steps just weren’t clear enough, which made the whole thing feel a little sketchy to me. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Online stock info was totally wrong"
I ordered something because the website said it was in stock, so I figured great, easy enough. Then a few days later they told me it wasn’t actually available. Like, come on, what kind of dumb setup is that?
It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re sitting there expecting it to ship. I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of wasting time waiting around like an idiot.

Maybe the store is fine if you go in person, but their online inventory is clearly a mess. I’m not ordering from them again unless they fix that crappy system.

"Really too pricey for what it is"
The prices felt high for what I ended up getting. I found the same stuff cheaper somewhere else after I had already ordered, which was really frustrating. I kind of wish I’d checked around first before buying.

"Refund took forever and stressed me out"
I ordered something from Presleys Outdoors and ended up needing to return it, which I figured would be straightforward. Instead, the refund dragged on way longer than expected, and it became one of those annoying little things that adds stress to your week for no reason.

I kept checking to see if the money had come back, and when it didn’t show up when they said it would, I had to keep reaching out for updates. It felt like nobody really had a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I’d be really hesitant to order from them again if refunds are this much of a hassle
